Catholic cleric "giddy" for same sex "marriage"?

Is the debate on same-sex "marriage" encouraging a lot of clerics these days to finally come out of the closet?

Hmmm....

Let's take a look at this piece of the Union of Catholic Asian News Editor Fr. William Grimm about the legalization of same sex "marriage" in "Catholic" Ireland.

***

Voters in Ireland have made that country the first to recognize same-sex marriage by a national referendum. Various other countries have granted the same recognition through legislation. [This priest will now tell you that the numbers matter for dogma and morals.]

A New York Times column by Frank Bruni titled "On same-sex marriage, Catholics are leading the way" pointed out, "In fact, countries with a Catholic majority or plurality make up half of those where two men or two women can now wed or will soon be able to."

In other countries like the United States where Catholics are a large part of the population, polls show that Catholics as a group are more open to same-sex marriage than their non-Catholic neighbors.

And yet, in all these countries, the Catholic hierarchy has strongly opposed moves to recognize such partnerships, while the laity have declined to follow their bishops.

Are we seeing the collapse of the Catholic Church? [Is this priest wishing it to happen?  Weird for someone to even think this will happen.  Ha!  Not even Hitler was able to accomplish it and he think sodomites and adulterers can accomplish it.]

If the bishops are the Church, [no they are not.  The bishops don't even say so.  But they are our shepherds and teachers. Get that!] then perhaps we are. But, if the Church is, in fact, the People of God, then we may be seeing the Church affirming something its leaders need to re-examine. [So if the majority decides to legalize murder....you know where this is heading.]

It would not be the first time. Blessed Cardinal John Henry Newman pointed out that historically, when many bishops of the fourth century were in heresy over Arianism, it was the laity that kept the faith. The moral of that story for him was that it is essential to recognize that the laity are, along with Scripture, liturgy, the hierarchy and theologians, a valid authority in the Church. [Now this man here is either knows the real score about the comments of the Blessed cardinal or he is really oblivious about what the cardinal really meant. See my discussion below.]

Rather than the collapse of the Catholic Church, might we be living through a period when the hierarchy must defer to the experience, insight and faith of the mass of Catholics? After all, they, more than celibate clerics, have a clear idea of what might or might not threaten marriage. [Same reasoning we all heard about married life from the Episcopalians and Anglicans! Celibates can talk about the family and married life since they are not married.  If that were true, were did the priests come from?  Did they spring out of the ground?  Did a stork deliver them to the doors of the seminary?  They are humans right?  And they were born to a human family.  Is experience needed in order for a person to speak authoritatively about it?  Does a doctor specializing in cancer (an oncologist) need to be sick with cancer before he can practice his profession?  Does a priest need to have a wife before he can talk about keeping the a married couple's marriage holy?]

The Catholic bishops of Japan may be attuned to this. [Look at the number of Catholics in Japan! No, rather, look at the number of people believing in a deity in Japan!]

The mayor of Tokyo’s Shibuya Ward has announced that around the end of October the ward will begin issuing certificates recognizing same-sex partnerships. This follows the ward assembly’s passage last March of an ordinance that recognizes such partnerships as "equivalent to marriage". Other jurisdictions throughout Japan are expected to enact similar ordinances.

The Japanese bishops’ report for the next session of the Synod for the Family in October refers to the Shibuya ordinance and says, "Even though the Church cannot recognize same-sex marriages, there is no way that we can assume that a sexual orientation not chosen by someone is cause for their rejection by God."  [So the bishops of Japan are for same sex "marriage"?  So whatever happened to Fr. Grimm's hierarchy-laity dichotomy?  What would happen if the laity came out with a manifesto not supporting the sodomite union?]

In Ireland and elsewhere Catholics speak much as the Japanese do. They favor legalizing same-sex unions precisely because of what they have learned from the Church about the dignity of all people and caring for the marginalized. The starting point is the love of God that does not punish people for being who they are. [Man.  The Church has already taught us in the Catechism about this.  Here in the Philippines, the CBCP just came out with  another directive.  Nothing new.  It's just teaching what has been since the beginning.]

At the first session of the Synod last October, Ron and Mavis Pirola, a Catholic couple from Australia, addressed the meeting:

"Friends of ours were planning their Christmas family gathering when their gay son said he wanted to bring his partner home too. They fully believed in the Church’s teachings and they knew their grandchildren would see them welcome the son and his partner into the family. Their response could be summed up in three [sic] words, ‘He is our son.’” [Are we questioning the DNA of the son, or is the Church questioning the morality of the relationship?]

"What a model of evangelization for parishes as they respond to similar situations in their neighborhood! It is a practical example of what the Instrumentum laboris [working paper for the Synod] says concerning the Church’s teaching role and its main mission to let the world know of God’s love." [God's love does not mean we tolerate evil. Sodomy is evil. In fact, a city got burned because of that. God's love does not spoil.  That is why God is called Father because He is a parent like me. Unlike Fr. Grimm who is celibate......Ha!]

The laity are challenging the leaders of the Church to find ways to affirm the sacramentality of matrimony [affirm? Follow Jesus!] while recognizing that marriage is a broader and more varied reality with legal, social, cultural and anthropological aspects that may differ from the practice of the Church. [Modernism alert folks!  This is how modernist heretics work. They want you to accept that dogma and doctrine and morals need to keep up with the times. Truth needs to be updated and made relevant.  Heresy is written all over it.  How? Let's use his logic.  If we go to a society where being married to an animal, or a sibling, or an inanimate object has become the "varied reality with legal, social, cultural and anthropological aspects that may differ from the practice of the Church", this priest, this so called Roman Catholic priest, this so called Priest of Jesus Christ, wants you to accept that we need to change what JESUS CHRIST himself has taught that marriage is between a man and a woman and that what God has joined together, no man can separate.  This priest is teaching another Gospel.]

Sacramentality is not threatened by same-sex marriages. The sacrament of matrimony remains something for the Church to administer according to its understanding of that type of marriage called sacramental. [Ughm....marriage is a sacrament and not a sacramental.  Does this priest really know his religion?]

And after all, homosexuals are only about five percent of the population. It is ridiculous to claim, as the Vatican secretary of state Cardinal Pietro Parolin did, that because some of that five percent can have legally recognized relationships it is "a defeat for humanity".  [Yeah.  Five percent is exerting pressure to the rest of the 95% of the world.  How could it not be a defeat for humanity?]

The Japanese bishops are calmer, kinder and more correct in saying, "At the least, the Church should convey the message that households that have been set up by men and women with a homosexual orientation are also blessed by God."  [How?  Sodomy is blessed?  Ugh!]

***

Now let me quote Blessed John Henry Newman about the role of the laity during the Arian heresy:

"Here, of course, I must explain: -- in saying this, then, undoubtedly I am not denying that the great body of the Bishops were in their internal belief orthodox; nor that there were numbers of clergy who stood by the laity, and acted as their centres and guides; nor that the laity actually received their faith, in the first instance, from the Bishops and clergy; nor that some portions of the laity were ignorant, and other portions at length corrupted by the Arian teachers, who got possession of the sees and ordained an heretical clergy; -- but I mean still, that in that time of immense confusion the divine dogma of our Lord's divinity was proclaimed, enforced, maintained, and (humanly speaking) preserved, far more by the 'Ecclesia docta' than by the 'Ecclesia docens;' that the body of the episcopate was unfaithful to its commission, while the body of the laity was faithful to its baptism; that at one time the Pope, at other times the patriarchal, metropolitan, and other great sees, at other times general councils, said what they should not have said, or did what obscured and compromised revealed truth; while, on the other hand, it was the Christian people who, under Providence, were the ecclesiastical strength of Athanasius, Hilary, Eusebius of Vercellae, and other great solitary confessors, who would have failed without them.  I see, then, in the Arian history a palmary example of a state of the Church, during which, in order to know the tradition of the Apostles, we must have recourse to the faithful...." [my emphasis]
From "On Consulting the Faithful in Matters of Doctrine"

From this quotation we can clearly see that Blessed Newman did not refer to the laity as "authority" like how this priest was implying.  Rather, it was through the support of the laity to the guardians of orthodoxy led by St. Athanasius that the Arian heresy saw its doom.

We are of the same situation right now.

It is the few brave cardinals, bishops, priests and religious who need the support of the laity to stand up against a few hijackers of the Synod of the Family.

It is not even an ecumenical council!  It is a synod, a consultation.  And they want to redefine what the Church has taught ever since it was founded by her Divine Founder.

This is what Fr. Grimm says "varied reality with legal, social, cultural and anthropological aspects that may differ from the practice of the Church".  This is what modernist heretics say as the updating of dogma and "keeping up with the times."

The sad news today is that we see the wolves inside the pen with the sheep.  They are not anymore in sheepskin. They have shed the pretenses and proudly proclaimed that they call themselves Catholic but profess a faith different from those that came from the Apostles.

The best way to combat these wolves are:

1.  Prayer - for their conversion or if they are obstinate, for God's mercy and justice to befell on them.
2.  Boycott - do not support their endeavors. Don't visit their websites, don't donate to their causes.
3.  Expose - share to the whole world who these men and women are so we others will stay away from them.

PS:  Makes you realize that we really have a lot of active homosexuals in the clergy no?  Right Fr. Grimm?

Priest stands up for women and homosexuals, gets excommunicated

What?!?!

What happened???

I thought Pope Francis said...

Or so the media said.

Ha!

Look how happy he was to receive the news!

***
Melbourne, Australia, Sep 25, 2013 / 02:06 am (CNA).- Pope Francis has ordered the excommunication of a Catholic priest in Australia who illicitly said Mass, taught that women should be ordained priests and advocated for “gay marriage.” [So the pope excommunicated someone who supported gay marriage huh?  What will the biased media say about this?  Hello Rappler!!!]

An Archdiocese of Melbourne spokesman said the Pope had ordered the excommunication of Father Greg Reynolds, who has also been dismissed from the clerical state, the Australian Associated Press reports.

Australian newspaper The Age reported that Archbishop Denis Hart of Melbourne said the excommunication was due to the priest’s public celebration of Mass without faculties to do so, and his preaching contrary to the teachings of the Church.  [Hey!  We have the same Brady Bunch here!  They teach at LST, MST, SVST, Euntes!]

The letter announcing the penalty, written in Latin, was dated May 31.  [I'm sure Mr. Reynolds did not understand a word written there.  He might have asked someone at ICEL to do it for him.  He definitely would not know any rad-trads out there, to translate it for him, no?]

Excommunication is a canonical penalty intended to warn and correct those who commit grave offenses against the Church. Priests who are excommunicated may not receive or celebrate the sacraments.  [I guess Mr. Reynolds does not believe in both the clerical state nor in excommunication, no?  Ha!]

Reynolds said he expected to be dismissed from the clerical state, but not excommunicated. He said he was told that Archbishop Hart did not apply for dismissal from the clerical state, but that someone else contacted the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.  [I bet it is a layman or laywomyn.  I respect his defense of womyn that is why I wrote it that way.  Ha!]

Reynolds had resigned as a parish priest in the Archdiocese of Melbourne in 2011. He founded a group called “Inclusive Catholics” the following year, and has indicated he will continue his work with the group.  [Now he is included!...in the list of excommunicated Catholics!]

In August 2012, a visitor to the group’s woman-led religious service reportedly fed “consecrated bread” to his dog. Media reports at the time were unclear whether the bread was in fact the Holy Eucharist, as the priest’s involvement in the service was minimal. However, the reports led Archbishop Hart to say such a sacrilege of the Blessed Sacrament would be an “abomination.”

The Catholic Church requires priests to have faculties, or the approval of Church authorities, to licitly celebrate Mass. Catholic teaching is that women cannot be ordained priests for ecclesial reasons, because Christ did not grant the Church authority to do so.  [No.  The theologians at St. Vincent and Maryhill are vehemently against this Patriarchal, invented dogma!  These teaching were concocted by a sexist bunch of old guys who continue to dominate the world and subdue the sacred feminine!  They are the cause of much injustice and evil in this world.  This subjugation of the feminine is the real work of the devil!  Not sin!  There is no such thing as sin!  There is no such thing as hell!  The real hell is when injustice is continuously done upon poor, helpless womyn who continue to be hidden in the dark shadows of the Institutional Church.  These Womyn who are continually treated as second class citizens!..............No, that's not me talking.  That's what I learned from my theology professors.]

Several individuals who have participated in the simulated “ordination” of women have been excommunicated.

***

I invite theologians of St. Vincent School of Theology and Euntes in Zamboanga to shed their pretenses and openly declare their support for women's ordination and homosexual unions if they really have the balls to fight for what they think is God's will for women and homosexuals in the Church!

Go ahead.

We dare you!

Fr. Pilario, this one's for you!

PS:  I bet you.  The media will not publish this news.  Because we should not focus on too much petty issues, right?

Radical Feminism doesn't deserve understanding

Radical Feminists and the LGBT Movement preach Tolerance and Acceptance by being intolerant and disrespectful of other people's rights and beliefs.

Tolerance.

Sadly, this is the kind of "tolerance" modernist theological schools preach, like MST, SVST, Euntes.

When do we get an Apostolic Visitation, huh?

Feminists groups are for the respect of other people's rights....

Yeah.........right.........

This is making it's round in Facebook.

Scantily clad activists of feminist group Femen invaded a conference at a university in Brussels. During the act, demonstrators threw water on the Archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels, Andre-Joseph Leonard. The priest did not react and avoided looking at the activists. The protest was against homophobia, according to international agencies. At the end of the demonstration, the archbishop kissed a picture of the Virgin Mary to leave the room. Born in Ukraine and with subsidiaries in several countries (including Brazil and nations with a Muslim majority), the Femen often campaigning for the rights of women and minorities. One of their banners is the defense of gay marriage.
***

More pictures here.

The actual dousing

The archbishop like a lamb to be slain, sits silently, looking like he was praying, while the attacks and insults continue.

As you can see from the pictures, the "women" doused the archbishop with water from a plastic bottle that looked like the image of Our Lady of Lourdes.  It must Lourdes water they used.  If it were, bit of class for a barbaric horde, don't you think?

Here the archbishop kissed the bottle before leaving the seminar.

The same archbishop had been humiliated many times in public by these "rights" group.  The archbishop was just telling like it is.

The attitudes of active homosexuals is a perversion.  Period. And for that the archbishop got pied.

These "women" are not 'scantily' clad.  They are naked at the top.

And why do these "women" and other angry feminists turn their attention only at the Catholic Church and not against this group which also opposes gay marriage and worst, does not give women even the basic of civic rights like voting...

Well, these angry women like Gabriela cannot find anything in the Koran that says anything like "love your enemies" or "turn the other cheek".  In the Bible, it does.

So, you get these group fighting for respect of rights insulting someone in public.

A Catholic archbishop to be exact.

Satan is busy at work.

Pray.

PS:  I use the quotation marks when I refer to these "women" as such because the word is not applicable to them.  The word woman was given such an honor by the Lord in the Gospels, I shirk when I imagine calling or using the word on these "women".  My wife, my mom, my relatives and friends who are WOMEN, are so honorable and dignified they don't deserve to be called the same things as these well, HARLOTS OF THE DEVIL.

The powerful homosexual underground

This program is from ChurchMilitant.TV

Yeah, it is all over the Church, not only in the Vatican.

It is present here in the Philippines.

Want a clue?

It is so prevalent in one society, religious congregation or diocese that....

The entire society is openly "practicing" it, and when I mean practicing it is either by acting it out as if they are making fun of acting like drags, (ala Dolphy or Roderick Paulate or for foreigners ala Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie).  Or LITERALLY acting it out.

One diocese has one bishop forcibly asked to resign when the scandal reached the CBCP in Intramuros the Filipino bishops asked the sitting bishop to resign rather than let the Nuncio handle the situation.  It is soooo true.  I have talked to one former seminarian of that diocese who was brought in one of their "night-outs".   It is what they called "part of their training to accept who they are."  The kind of humanistic psychology prevalent in the Church right now.

This homosexual underground is the same group targetting the Church's traditional stand on heterosexual and monogamous marriage, anti-artificial contraception, traditional liturgy. anti-altar girls, etc.

It is so obvious when these wolves in sheep's clothing bark out their so-called "Spirit of Vatican II" teachings.  What is in fact really true is the message BEHIND their message.  It is not just about human rights.  It is not just about contextualizing the Gospel.  It is about conforming the Church and Her teachings to their homosexual lifestyles.

When I talk about homosexuals here, this is not limited to gay men in robes.  It also involves radical feminist nuns who are in fact....eherm...

Remember, the Church loves the homosexual not the homosexual acts.

Pray unceasingly.  The Bark of Peter is under attack not only from the outside.

Cardinal Tagle gets new Curial appointment

I see....

From the Inquirer

***

Two months after his elevation to the College of Cardinals, [WOW!  Darling of the media! Ahem ahem....] Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle has been appointed to two key councils in the Vatican.  [See how the lead was written.  Drums it up to look like old poster boy is really that good an administrator.  As you will read later on, it is expected for new cardinals to become members of Dicasteries.  Normal. Expected. Get over the hype.]

Pope Benedict XVI on Thursday named Tagle a member of the Pontifical Council for the Family, which deals with pro-life issues, and the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples.

The five other prelates who became cardinal in November together with Tagle were also given new assignments in the Vatican curia.

“According to the Catholic News Agency, [the cardinals, while keeping their main jobs, can] bring their experience and perspective to bear on the discussions and decisions of the central church offices that assist the Pontiff,” a report posted on the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines news website said.

“As member of the two Rome-based offices, Tagle may attend the councils’ important meetings and receive regular correspondence from Rome on matters that need consensus,” the report said.

According to the Vatican website, the Pontifical Council for the Family is responsible for the promotion of the pastoral ministry and apostolate for the family, dealing with issues related to responsible procreation, and the defense of human life “in all stages of its existence, from conception to natural death.”

The council also deals with sex education, demographics, contraception and abortion; sterilization, ethical and pastoral problems related to AIDS and other problems of bioethics; legislation regarding marriage, the family, family policies and the protection of human life,” the report said.

The appointment is significant, tending to show that the Vatican is strengthening Tagle and through him, the Catholic Church in the Philippines in its fight to stop the government from enforcing the reproductive health (RH) law that the Universal Church views as an attack on life and the family.
Signed by President Aquino on Dec. 31, the law provides for free family planning services and artificial contraceptives to Filipinos and requires sex education in schools.  [hmmm...]

Allies of the Church have challenged the constitutionality of the new law in the Supreme Court.
Arguments in the court will try to resolve whether the new law is a government and legislative action against the Church and religious belief.

Pending in Congress is a bill that would allow divorce in the Philippines, the only country in the world besides the Vatican that still respects the biblical injunction against divorce.  [So?  Does that make the Philippines a "weirdo" country?  If the whole world legislates marriage between two homosexuals, that does not change the fact that these homosexuals, no matter how inflamed they are with their "love" for one another, cannot in their wildest dreams pro-create another human being from their own genes.  NEVER!]

The Philippines is also one of only five countries in the world where the HIV/AIDS epidemic is increasing. One Church source said Tagle had personally ministered to people living with HIV/AIDS.

Tagle’s appointment to the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples is also significant since the Philippines is a major exporter of labor, with 10 percent of the country’s more than 90 million population working abroad.

According to the Vatican website, the council was given the task of studying and providing pastoral care to “people on the move” such as migrants, exiles, refugees, displaced people, fishermen and sailors, air travelers, road transport workers, nomads, pilgrims, or circus people.

Government officials have said that Filipino sailors man up to 30 percent of the world’s merchant marine fleet.

Besides Tagle, the other cardinals who were given positions in the Vatican include: [See that!!!!]

US Cardinal James Harvey, archpriest of Rome’s Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, membership in the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples and on the Administration of the Patrimony of the Holy See, which oversees Vatican property and investments.

Lebanese Cardinal Bechara Rai, head of the Maronite Catholic Church, membership in the Congregation for Eastern Churches, the Supreme Court of the Apostolic Signature, the Pontifical Council for Migrants and Travelers and the Pontifical Council for Social Communications.

Indian Cardinal Baselio Cleemis Thottunkal, head of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church, membership in the Congregation for Eastern Churches and the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue.

Nigerian Cardinal John Olorunfemi Onaiyekan of Abuja, membership in the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the presiding committee of the Pontifical Council for the Family.

Colombian Cardinal Ruben Salazar Gomez of Bogota, membership in the Pontifical Commission for Latin America and the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace.

According to Tagle’s secretary, Fr. Reginald Malicdem, [the all powerful...nowhere near the character of a former secretary to the cardinal.  No, seriously.] the cardinal is also a member of two other Vatican bodies: The Congregation for Catholic Education and the permanent council of the Synod of Bishops.

***

Maybe since he is now appointed to that dicastery, will we see another concert probably in Rome this time while the pro-lifers are rallying against the RH Law from outside the Supreme Court?

Nah.

Hope something concrete from Cardinal Tagle soon.

And where is that stereotypical Vatican II response of "dialogue" with the pro-lifers and RH lawmakers that Cardinal Tagle suggested, huh?

Typical Jesuit rhetoric?  he learned a lot from them, huh?

Like I said before...MORE TALK, LESS ACTION.

PS:  Hope this appointment would leave....ehem...somewhere else?

The president of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples, Cardinal Antonio Maria Vegliò has just reached retirement yesterday.  Cardinal Tagle is the newest member of that Council.

This is the only MARRIAGE nature and human civilization knows

Nature will not prosper if you get two males or two females trying hard to reproduce.

They can live under one room, they can re-write laws, just like what Henry VIII did, but it does not change the fact that it will never ever be called a marriage.

Deal with it.

And if believing in a basic universal truth is being full of hate or being a bigot.

Then you may call me that.

But it does not change the reality that a marriage is between a man and a woman.

And let me add this:

NO TO HOMOSEXUAL COUPLES ADOPTING.

That is why they are so hateful of Catholics, conservative Christians...

HIV is spread by Gay Sex!

putting rubber will not solve it!

Stopping the sexual act will!

RH aims to give more condoms even to homosexual partners!

THAT IS NOT THE SOLUTION!

It will make matters worse!

SAY NO TO RH!!!

80 former Minnesota priests sign petition protecting marriage

Take note. FORMER.

From this site.

***

Eighty former Minnesota Catholic priests, many from the Twin Cities Metropolitan area, have signed a statement opposing the Marriage Amendment that will be on the ballot this fall. The statement was released today (Thursday) at a press conference led by former Catholic priests.

The proposed constitutional amendment would restrict marriages in Minnesota to one man and one woman.  [Now I am happy that they are former priests.  If they are in active ministry and signed this petition...BOOM!  Outta here!  But.....wait!  What happened to those Filipino theologians who signed a paper supporting women ordination, contraception, selective abortion....]

The resigned priests’ statement is contrary to the views of the state’s Catholic Bishops, [just the state?!  Stupid reporter.] said a spokesperson. The 80 former priests represent 1,000 years of service to the Catholic Church.  [Weh?  Di nga?  More like 1,000 years of dissent embodied in 80 year old guys!  Ha!]

A committee of five former priests drafted the statement and collected the signatures.

They emphasized that Catholics have the right and a duty to vote according to their consciences, [that conscience rubbish again.]  and that all Americans should be treated fairly and equally.

According to committee members, one reason for issuing the statement is that active priests were strongly discouraged from expressing dissenting opinions openly.  [You are not discouraged.  You are just violating rules.  And whether you are a priest or a corporate guy, if you violate company rules, or publicly encourage the disobedience of these laws, then it is the door for you, boy!]

The statement reads:

“As resigned Catholic priests who collectively devoted more than 1,000 years of service to the Church, [what a load of crap that is!]  we strongly oppose the proposed Marriage Amendment to the Minnesota State Constitution. Free to express our opinions openly, we call on all people of good will to exercise their fundamental right to follow their consciences and to resist discrimination against any of God’s children.  [What?!  God Himself discriminated!  Discrimination in itself is not a bad thing. Only these LGBT people did!  When you say "Light and Dark" you discriminate.  When you say "Hot and Cold" you discriminate.  When you say "Man and Woman"  you discriminate.  God created them Man and Woman, not Man and Woman and Womyn...  Marriage is a Divine Institution that God Himself created.]

“We encourage Minnesotans to base their vote on principles of justice and love. In violation of these principles, the proposed amendment would deprive an individual of his or her right to marry the person he or she loves. Therefore, we resigned priests encourage all Minnesotans to vote “no” on the marriage amendment.”

***

I hope they stay resigned.  Ooops...They will always be.

I hope they stay resigned to the fate that

I still believe that when we tinker or play around with the holy, everything become trivial and mundane.

We played with conception with contraception and so we have abortion.

We played with marriage with Henry VIII's divorce and so we have more broken marriages and know we have people redefining what a man and a woman is and so we have these redefined people redefining according to their whims and caprices what marriage is really all about.

So, know you know why I hate it when people redefine what the Mass and the Liturgy is all about.

And I thought we had a world-renowned liturgist in our own backyard....

ELECTION 2013: First on the list NOT TO VOTE

I have been accused as being homophobic.

Weh?

I think I am homophobic for being homophobic.  Wah?!

Anywho, I take my side on the issue of how to relate with people who have sexual tendencies towards people of the same sex following the wisdom of the Church, expressed and taught in Catechism, the Church that has existed for 2,000 years and has Its Founder, no other than the second person of the Blessed Trinity, the truly God and truly human, Jesus of Nazareth.

So...

On that account....

I just read this news from Yahoo Philippines, which quite not surprisingly, is so hell bent on pushing for the LGBT agenda more than any other causes being pushed by other groups, like protecting the unborn (Pro Life Philippines) and helping feed the poor by gathering loose change (Pondo ng Pinoy).

Well, I guess people who want to be fabulous and Hollywood-like, just want to be like their steoreotypical reality stars who have tons on make-up to boot but nothing on the inside.

So, first on the series of someone to look out for, especially, GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS WE SHOULD NOT VOTE FOR IN THE NEXT ELECTION is the LGBT Group "Ang Ladlad" which masks itself as an equal rights group, but more than anything else, is an LGBT group pushing for the hedonism that is killing Europe and America.

***

Bukas Isip, Bukas Puso," [Open Mind, Open Heart, in English] the new campaign slogan of Ladlad partylist, envisions a society or country that has an open mind and open heart.  [unfortunately, how can you open your minds to something that is unnatural and something that cannot be.  Two males cannot pro-create and so their union cannot be called Marriage, no matter how much you want to play with the semantics.]

Junking the old slogan "Pantay na Karapatan Para sa Lahat (Equal Rights for All)," Ladlad's plan for the coming 2013 elections is to be "more inclusive" in its campaigns and reachable whether a person is part of the lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders (LGBT) sector or not.  [Engk?  Will they include those who do not support their views?  Hehehe.  So much for inclusivity, eh?]

"We have to explain our platforms, mission and vision not just to LGBT Filipinos but to our heterosexual supporters as well, like our parents, brothers and sisters, friends, officemates, neighbors and classmates," Ladlad former chair Bemz Benedito explained.  [And they have lots of them!  No wonder they always lose in the elections, hehehe]

In line with this new campaign strategy, Ladlad will conduct several forums and gatherings to be able to reach out to the general public. Ladlad (a Filipino term that means to come out) was recognized by the Supreme Court as a legitimate LGBT political party in the Philippines in the 2010 elections.

"Our campaign will differ in many ways from the 2010 elections," Benedito said. "I am optimistic that we will win three seats in the coming elections. That is our goal and we will claim it!"  [Eat your heart out!]

Ladlad, revealed the following four platforms it wants to pursue if it wins a seat in Congress:

  • Re-filing of the Anti-Discrimination Bill that gives LGBT Filipinos equal opportunities in employment and equal treatment in schools, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, entertainment centers, and government offices.  [.........................]
  • Re-filing of the bill to repeal the Anti-Vagrancy Law that some unscrupulous policemen use to extort bribes from gay men without ID cards.  [So to stop the "unscrupulous" policemen, instead of going after these accused policemen, you take out the law.  Genius of a solution!  You have termites in your house?  Burn the dang thing!  What chemicals are you talking about?]
  • Setting up of micro-finance and livelihood projects for poor and handicapped LGBT Filipinos.  [....]
  • Setting up of centers for Golden Gays, as well as young ones driven out of their homes. The centers will also offer legal aid and counselling, as well as information about LGBT issues, HIV-AIDS, and reproductive health.  [.............................]

It believes that the passage of the Anti-Discrimination Bill, which has been pending in Congress for more than 10 years now, will address the root of all LGBT-related problems by ensuring that their rights would be recognized and protected by the state and society.  [They actually push their number 1 so-called "right" which is recognition of homosexual marriages and all the rights and privileges that marriages of heterosexual couples enjoy.  No can do!]

According to Ladlad, the bill reflects the yearning of many LGBT Filipinos to be treated equally and to be judged not by their sexual orientation or gender identity but by their capabilities, skills, integrity and dignity.  [No problem there.  Just drop the cross-dressing, promotion of homosexual sex and homosexual unions, then we can talk.]

"Hopefully, the passage (of the Anti Discrimination Bill) could translate to acceptance of LGBT Filipinos in society, because tolerance, which is our present state now, doesn't parallel to equality of opportunities and of the law." Benedito said.  [Tolerance.  Such an ironic word.  HR people know for a fact that most companies still look at the school where you come from and not what you can do.  A fresh graduate from Andres Bonifacio State University (if there is one) will never stand a chance against a fresh graduate from one of the top four universities in the country.  Now that is discrimination folks and it still happens!  And now this?]

Bemz Benedito, a transgender woman from Abra who has been an LGBT rights advocate for nine years and a master's degree holder in Sociology at the Ateneo de Manila University, [don't we love that university!] is Ladlad's first nominee for the 2013 elections.  [Good!  CROSS THE NAME OUT, QUICK!]

Ladlad's other nominees are: lawyer Germain Leonin, [cross out!]  a lesbian and founding president of Rainbow Rights Project; lawyer Raymond Alikpala, [cross out!] a gay man and book author; and Pidot Villocino, [cross out!] a gay man who works for the Integrated Gender and Development Division of Davao City.

These Congressional nominees, who will represent the LGBT Filipinos in the 16th Congress next year, were chosen at Ladlad's February 18, 2012 national convention.

Ladlad also elected a new Board of Trustees, namely: Danton Remoto [so used to losing in the elections he gave way to another nominee.] of TV5, Ladlad media relations officer Dexter Macaldo, Rev. Ceejay Agbayani of Metropolitan Community Church-Quezon City, Ivanka Custodio of Lesbian Activism Project, Rica Paras and Santy Layno of the Society of Transsexual Women of the Philippines (STRAP).

Appointed officers by the board were: Remoto, chairman; Edmond Osorio, vice chairman; Ivy Krystel Hapitan, secretary; and Raffy Aquino, treasurer.

"We are more prepared now in terms of time, logistics, resources, network building and membership drives," Benedito said. "Unlike 2010, we were faced with so many challenges in terms of our accreditation and legality as a sectoral organization."  [Like I heard that in 2010!  Remoto once said on TV that the Comelec banned them as a political party because he claims that the Comelec knows that their party enjoys the support of many Filipinos and that they will surely win in the 2010 elections.  And...............we know how the story ended.]

To finance their rigorous election campaign, the partylist will depend on dues collected from their members estimated at more that 50,000, and from donations of their members, friends and supporters. The party is also exploring the possibility of endorsing some senatorial wannabes, provided that they are LGBT rights advocates willing to carry the platforms of the party.

"If elected, our first step is to consult our constituents and chapters to assess what we learned in the whole process of the campaign," Benedito said. "It's always a necessity to go back to your members and coordinators in every step because we are the voice of every individual, who yearns to be heard and understood."

***

Ladlad, after the Supreme Court ruled in their favor, giving them the "go" to become a legit political party promised that they will surely win in the elections.  And...............we know how the story ended.

Expect a replay in 2013.  Same storyline, same ending, but different actors or actresses...

It was just like finding a pirated DVD being sold in Quiapo with the title:

"Titanic 2"

How in the world did they do that?!?!

Well, Ladlad will surely be TaloTalo this 2013...

...with your support!

Or...........none of it.

Ha!

I repeat what the Church teaches:

2358 The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God's will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord's Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition.

2359 Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom, at times by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.

Go visit Courage Philippines and learn that becoming a Christian and a homosexual is not a far fetched reality.

They are there to listen, help and understand.

Stay away from LADLAD.

Gay "marriage" advocates suffers defeat at EU Court!

From this link. The original is in French.

***

The European Convention on Human Rights does not require member states’ governments to grant same-sex couples access to marriage.

The European Court of Human Rights repeated this ruling in the case of Gas and Dubois v. France, a judgment decided last week in Strasburg involving a french lesbian couple in a civil union.

The lesbian couple was refused the simple adoption procedure that allows a non-parent spouse to adopt a child of his or her spouse under French law. The French Appeals Court in Versailles decided that simple adoption was only available for married couples. The lesbian couple claimed this was discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and a violation of their right to respect of their family and private life under articles 14 and 8 of the European Convention for Human Rights respectively.
The European Court of Human Rights decided that this was not an instance of discrimination, nor of the violation of the right to respect of one’s family and private life because there is no right to gay marriage under the European Convention for Human Rights, as the court previously decided in Schalk and Kopf v. Austria in 2010.

***

Let me repeat this again.

The Church loves everyone! Even if you have homosexual tendencies.

What the Church abhors are homosexual sexual acts, co-habitation and a redefinition of what marriage is all about.

Ok, get that.

Now, if you have priests still talking about the rights of homosexuals, you'd better think twice calling them "Father".

Yeah, bad joke.

Marriage is a natural institution

So there is no such thing as homosexual marriage!  It is a civil union but not a marriage, ok?

Don't call apples oranges.

These beefed up campaign for contraception, abortion, euthanasia and homosexual unions are all targeted against the Catholic Church who has been unwavering in the defense of life and marriage.

It is simply anti-Catholic.

It is not for choice or rights.

It is simply an attack against Catholicism!

Period.

BOYCOTT STARBUCKS!!!

 The "Rainbow" Connection

SEATTLE, January 30, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – In news that will come as a heavy blow to many coffee lovers, Starbucks has officially backed homosexual ‘marriage.’  [yuck!]

In a January 24 letter to U.S. partners, Kalen Holmes, Starbucks executive vice president, expresses support for the homosexual “marriage” legislation in Washington State. The “important legislation,” says Holmes “is core to who we are and what we value as a company.”  [So there you have it, folks.  It is not just a statement of the EVP of Starbucks, in is the CORE of what the coffee chain values...SODOMY!]

The legislation has been decried by pro-family advocates as a major threat to freedom, since it would force religious institutions to open the doors of their facilities for homosexual “marriages.”  [And homosexual intercourse is an abomination to NATURE.  And homosexual couples cannot procreate!  How in the world will you populate the world?!]

The letter, which boasts of the company’s LGBT activism begins, “Starbucks is proud to join other leading Northwest employers in support of Washington State legislation recognizing marriage equality for same-sex couples.”  [It will never be equal and no matter how many million times you say or write it down, it will never be a MARRIAGE.]

The letter concludes: “We look forward to seeing this legislation enacted into law.”

“I’m disappointed that Starbucks wants to redefine marriage, but I’m not in the least bit surprised,” Dr. Michael Brown, author of “A Queer Thing Happened to America,” told LifeSiteNews.com. “Already in 2005, they informed me in writing that, for them, ‘embracing diversity’ (which was one of their core values) included sponsorship of gay pride events even when highly inappropriate, sexual displays were paraded in public."  [So the money you use to purchase their fat-full of coffee, goes to support the filth-full of activities of the Homosexual Movement.]

“At the same time, when I asked them to name a single pro-life event they sponsored, or an event encouraging teen-abstinence or the celebration of marriage (meaning, of course, natural marriage, as God intended it), their national representative told me plainly by phone, ‘I don’t like the way this conversation is going.’ So much for diversity! Christians need to recognize that Starbucks is on the front lines of gay activism and is anything but friendly to biblical, Judeo-Christian family values.”

LifeSiteNews did not hear back from Starbucks headquarters in Seattle by press time.

I think it is high time that there are groups who would identify and tell the public which businesses, establishments and even public personalities, like celebrities who support movements such as these that are a threat to the survival of humanity and our very own SANITY, for crying out loud!

BOYCOTT STARBUCKS!!!

Presbyterian Church ordains first openly homosexual man to presbyterate

Yup. They followed the trend of the Episcopalian Church. And boy, (no pun intended.) are they happily shrinking in numbers! And most of those disenchanted are crossing the Tiber!

The man, Scott Anderson, 56, said he waited 40 years for the moment...the moment they made the laws of God their own whim?  Right MST?  That is the way you wanted it right?

Ain't that the most appropriate color for a stole?  RAINBOW BRITE!  He waited 40 years to wear that.

The report says:
"The denomination barred homosexuals from serving as ministers until May 10, 2011, when a majority of its regional organizations known as presbyteries voted to ratify the national assembly’s proposal to remove clergy requirements of marital fidelity or single chastity."
So, any philanderer and sodomite can be their presbyter?

Ok, I am not saying that ALL Catholic priests are without fault but by golly, if a married man is openly cavorting with another woman other than his wife, that is a different story! What happened to what Christ taught in the Gospel?!

Well, we had Anglicanorum coetibus. What's next Prebyterorum coetibus? :D

An ex homosexual rights leader speaks up

The terrible truth about AIDS is that, while outside factors introduced and perpetuated the 1970s sexual excesses, virtually every lethal infection was passed by one gay person to another. We did it to ourselves, even after knowing the consequences.

Read more about it here.

Wish Marlon Lacsamana can read this.

Ha!

Los Angeles turns 230 years old

"....It was a day that combined tradition, cultural unity and of course faith. But above all, it was a way to venerate the city's patroness."

And the city has legalized abortion and same sex unions.

Oh boy...

So much for it's Catholic roots, eh?

Great job Cardinal Mahony!

Clerk quits job than compromise her beliefs!

Courtesy of Politico.com

***

A rural New York town clerk has resigned her post rather than grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples. [the aftermath of the same sex cohabitation being confused with the natural and sacred marriage.]

“I would be compromising my moral conscience by participating in licensing same-sex couples,” Laura Fotusky, the clerk of the Town of Barker, told POLITICO. “I had to choose between my job and my god.” [I am sure she meant it with a big G.]

Fotusky, a 56-year-old twice-elected Republican in the town of about 2,700 people about 10 miles north of Binghamton, posted her resignation letter to the Web site of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms, a group that describes itself as “dedicated to influencing legislation and legislators for the Lord Jesus Christ.”  [So it was really not a small "g".]

Fotusky, whose resignation is effective July 21, three days before legal gay marriage takes effect in New York, said she has no plans after she leaves her office, which paid $24,205 last year.  [She is sacrificing a lot for her beliefs.]

“I don’t know what’s going to happen next,” she said. “I just knew that I needed to obey God.”

Fotusky follows in the footsteps of Barbara MacEwen, the town clerk in Volney, N.Y., who said last month she was determined not to grant any gay marriage licenses. MacEwen ultimately relented and said she would arrange for deputy clerks to sign the documents.

Fotusky quoted the Bible in her resignation letter, writing, “The Bible clearly teaches that God created marriage between male and female as a divine gift that preserves families and cultures. “Since I love and follow Him, I cannot put my signature on something that is against God.”

God bless Laura!  As St. Paul wrote in Romans "We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose."

An e-copy of her resignation letter is available for viewing and download here.

Such laws force a person to obey a law which is immoral and unnatural.  What would rights advocates have to say then that a person is forced to obey something against his will in order to give someone his perceived 'right and privilege'.  Don't get me wrong.  I am for the equal rights of ALL people, no matter their sexual orientation.  But for you to tell me that homosexuals enjoy the same sexual and parental rights as those of the traditional and (whether you like it or not) natural family and a married couple, then hey, you'd be sure I would not be silenced about this.

THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE!

HOMOSEXUAL COUPLES CO-HABITATING CAN NEVER EVER BE CALLED A MARRIED COUPLE NOR ADOPTING OR HAVING A CHILD THROUGH A SURROGATE WILL NEVER MAKE THAT COUPLE WITH A CHILD A FAMILY!

UN-NATURAL, IMMORAL, NON NEGOTIABLE!

And I am pretty sure there will be brave souls here in the country who would do the same if the RH Bill becomes a law.
