True Equality

This is what true equality means, helping the needy whoever they may be.

Thanks for the photo, Dinky.

But to call man to man sex as normal, is absurd!

It is not love.  It is lust!

People are not blind to the fact that when tragedy strikes, the Catholic Church is always there to help.

People are not blind to the fact that when tragedy strikes, these loudmouths like Akbayan, Bayan Muna, Filipino Freethinkers, the Homosexual groups, are cowering back home and staying in the comfort of their bedrooms.

Equality?

Dear Filipino Freethinkers and Iglesia ni Cristo

I pray that I see this in your own homes.

I pray you open your homes to these unfortunate ones.

I hope to see the Philippine Arena and your squeaky clean chapels opened and welcoming to people of all faiths and beliefs in times of dire need.

Filipino Freethinkers, for all your blabber against the Catholic Church, what have you done to people in need?

Something the Iglesia ni Cristo will definitely NOT do!

Open the doors of their drabby chapels to shelter evacuees and poor people.

Why not?

Guinness will never have a World Record for this.

Thank you for doing the medical mission yesterday.  You showed your real colors!

As I have posted on my Facebook account: "The INC has found the solution to bloat the numbers for their "public show of force"

"Rice, Instant Noodles, Sardines"

SALVATION!!!"

Filipino Freethinkers...where are you?

I am sneaking in a few minutes while working for relief and rescue efforts because of the monsoon rains.

And just like in Habagat of 2012, MOSTLY Catholic institutions and Catholic men and women are in the forefront of helping the victims of the rains.

And in the midst of the chaos, I tried looking for the whiners who hate God so much for making their life such a misery, like their coffee from gay "marriage" supporter Starbucks is not hot enough, or there is too much ice in their Coke from Burger King...

I looked and looked if they were helping.

And this happened to me....AGAIN!

The Filipino Freefarters have a lot of reality check to do.

I guess their science and mathematics cannot change the fact that when the human spirit is needed the most, even they cannot show their spirit.

Why?

Because they do not believe in anything SPIRITUAL.

And they have the nerve to ask the Church to help!

The nerve.

Spoiled brats will always be a bunch of whiners.

They don't think.

They whine.

For anti-Catholic bigots

Compare and contrast: Red Tani and Carlos Celdran read!

While the Catholic Church does this...

And here are the wall posts of her parish priest, Fr. Jojo Zerrudo:

La Salle Relief Efforts.  That damn Red Tani graduated from this school system.

While the atheist group, Filipino Freethinkers are posting this:

Let me get this straight and know this ok?

This atheist group is not against religion per se.

It is against ROMAN CATHOLICISM.

Just that, period.

The biggest bunch of bigots this side of the planet.

Will they ask the same kind of question to...

IGLESIA NI CRISTO?

MORMON CHURCH?

GREENHILLS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP?

MUSLIMS?

Nah.  They won't.

QUESTION:

What has the Filipino Freethinkers done to help those affected by the floods?

Did they open their doors to those in need?

The attention hungry homosexual, masking as a bi-sexual, named Carlos Celdran, did not post any photo of his supposed "help" to the flood victims.

Kinda, unusual for someone who craves and hungers for attention, for every second of the day that he breathes precious oxygen.

These brats are happy bashing the Church, in front of their keyboards and monitors or tablets, while they stay comfortably inside their warm room.

Look who is honorable now!

The idiocy of the pro-Death Bill

This is available in Carlos Celdran's Facebook page.

Well to answer that, I'll show these men and women of the Catholic Church.

The little known nun is feeding the hungry.

Boac, Marinduque Catholics busy stacking food items for the hungry.

To answer the challenge of letting the Catholic Church feed the hungry, let me sum it up:

WE DID. WE ARE AND WE WILL!

Now my turn to ask:

YOU PRO-DEATH BILL PEOPLE...DEFENSOR-SANTIAGO, LAGMAN, HONTIVEROS, CELDRAN, FVR, LEA SALONGA...

WHEN DID YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FROM THE CATHOLIC CHURCH?

Pope sends money to Japan

VATICAN CITY, March 16 (CNA/EWTN News) - Pope Benedict XVI sent a donation of $100,000 to the Bishops' Conference of Japan to help the victims of the earthquake and tsunami that struck the country on March 11.

Msgr. Anthony Figueiredo of the Pontifical Council Cor Unum, told Vatican Radio that the council is working closely with the Japanese bishops, Caritas International network and other aid organizations to determine the best way to respond to the needs of the people.

Cor Unum is the council that carries out the Pope's humanitarian efforts.

Msgr. Figueiredo said Japan has experienced "a vast tragedy" on par with the 2004 tsunami in Asia, the earthquake and flooding in Pakistan, and the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

"The first thing we need to do is to pray that these people have hope," he said, before explaining that material assistance is also needed. "The Holy Father has sent $100,000 to the Japanese bishops through this pontifical council because that is the fastest way to get the funds to the most affected dioceses."

In addition, the Vatican official continued, "The bishops are the ones responsible first for the works of charity in the dioceses, and they know what the people need." He emphasized that the Church plans to continue assisting those in Japan for the long term.

Bishop Tetsuo Hiraga of Sendai, one the regions most affected by the tragedy, told Fides news agency that unity and good will are needed. "Catholics in the Diocese of Sendai are a small flock of just over 10,000. But we continue praying for the victims and we will do everything possible to bring relief and bear witness to the message of Christ during this time of suffering," he said. [Christian charity is helping all as exemplified in the Parable of the Good Samaritan.]

He added that the bishops will hold an emergency meeting on March 16 in Sendai. "We need to advise each other on how to respond. In the meantime, we trust in God and we ask for prayers from Christians around the world."

"We have received the message from the Holy Father and we thank him for his words that inspire courage and hope. Right now this is our specific mission: to help the nation raise its eyes to heaven and to keep the flame of hope alive," Bishop Hiraga said. [Sursum Corda!]

Pinoy bishops' exhortations for Lent

Courtesy of the Philippine Star

***

MANILA, Philippines - Catholics are being called to repent for the sins that they have committed and promise they would become better Christians during today’s observance of Ash Wednesday, which will mark the start of the Lenten season.

Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) president and Jaro, Iloilo Archbishop Angel Lagdameo yesterday said he is hoping that the country’s leaders would experience a “moral renewal” and shun graft and corruption. [We have been praying for this since the time when Marcos was still president.  Let's continue to hope and pray.]

Archbishop Lagdameo said today’s leaders should use the Lenten season to re-examine their lives.

“The call of Lent is for moral renewal. To achieve this we need at least a critical mass of citizen-leaders who are willing to ‘break out of the box,’ to operate with a new social consciousness and conscience, not for their individual or group security, but for the good of the greatest number,” he said.

In his Lenten Message, the CBCP president reminded leaders that graft and corruption is like a contagious social cancer that eventually affects the services to the poor. [It is almost the same as robbing the beggar of the alms he received the whole day under the blazing heat of the sun.]

“The most seriously affected by the crisis of moral values are the poor, the marginalized, oftentimes treated like commodities. Graft and corruption breed widespread poverty. Widespread poverty in turn breeds graft and corruption,” he said. [Beautiful!]

With national elections slated for next year, he reminded the public that one way to cure the social cancer is by electing new leaders who possess the values of honesty, justice, truth, integrity, credibility, accountability, transparency and stewardship. [Leading isn't it.  Love it though.  We have lots of competent, intelligent people who can be president but none have the strength of character to stand up against the ills of our country.]

“The forthcoming national elections must not simply be a changing of hats for the same persons, or change of faces but with unchanged hearts. We must be able to gather a critical mass of citizen-leaders with a genuine passion and obsession for good governance and prophetic leadership,” he said.

Meanwhile, Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales told the faithful that in order to complete their true transformation, they should be generous and perform good deeds and almsgiving.

In his pastoral letter, Cardinal Rosales invited Christians to “live out a deeper meaning of Lent this year by performing acts of good deeds and almsgiving.” [The cardinal is really for his movement Pondo ng Pinoy.]

The money that they could save from their fasting and abstinence could be donated to one of the programs, HAPAG-ASA which is dedicated to feed hungry and malnourished Filipino children.

HAPAG-ASA is an integrated nutrition program meant to alleviate hunger among Filipino children. Through the Archdiocese of Manila and the five Suffragan Dioceses, the program has been able to feed close to 24,000 children in its two-and-a-half-year history. [This is a worthy project.  Imagine for just P1,200, you can feed a malnourished child for 6 months!  How can you save that much for these poor children?  Stop drinking that ridiculously expensive water-down coffee.  My 3-in-1 coffee tastes better and it costs only P12!  The money you save from that coffee shop can help more needy people.  Don't you agree?]

This year, HAPAG-ASA aims to feed at least 12,340 children from Metro Manila as committed by the dioceses.

No better way to observe Lent than to do acts of mercy.

Remember what the catechism taught us?

The Corporal Works of Mercy
To feed the hungry
To give drink to the thirsty.
To clothe the naked.

To shelter the homeless.
To visit the sick.
To bury the dead.

The Spiritual Works of Mercy
To admonish sinners.
To instruct the ignorant.
To counsel the doubtful.
To comfort the sorrowful.
To bear wrongs patiently.

Second collection in Manila for Haiti

From CBCPNews

MANILA, January 21, 2010—The Archdiocese of Manila has recently announced that the second collection on all masses this Sunday, January 24, 2010, will be allotted for the earthquake victims in Haiti. [Huzzah!]

“We request that a second collection be made in all Masses in parishes, shrines, and communities in the Archdiocese of Manila on Sunday, January 24, 2010,” read a circular issued by the chancellor of the archdiocese Fr. Rufino Sescon.

“We are deeply saddened by the recent earthquake that struck Haiti. Its city was laid wrecked and its people are in dire need of all possible humanitarian assistance,” said Sescon.

The circular also urged the public to continue praying those who died and those who are suffering due to the calamity that befell on Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince.

Last week, the President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines recommended that all the dioceses in the country allocate Sunday second collection for the earthquake victims of Haiti. (Kate Laceda)

$25M from the Catholic Church

Benedict XVI Keeping Up with Haiti Situation, Catholic Relief Services Commits $25M

VATICAN CITY, JAN. 17, 2010 (Zenit.org).- Benedict XVI affirmed today that he is being continually informed about developments in Haiti in the aftermath of last Tuesday's earthquake.

The Pope mentioned the catastrophe during his address after praying the midday Angelus with those gathered in St. Peter's Square.

A 7.0 earthquake struck the capital of Port-au-Prince at about 5 p.m. local time Tuesday. Though rescue efforts continue and an accurate number of victims will be days in coming, it is estimated that between 50-000 and 100,000 people died.

"Our thoughts, in these days, turn to the dear people of Haiti, and [we] raise up sorrowful prayer," the Holy Father said. "The apostolic nuncio, [Archbishop Bernardito Auza], who, thanks be to God, is unhurt, keeps me continually informed, and thus I heard of the sad passing of the archbishop [Joseph Serge-Miot of Port-au-Prince], as well as of many priests, religious and seminarians.

"I am following and encourage the numerous charitable organizations, who are taking charge of the immense necessities of the country. I pray for the injured, the homeless, and for those who tragically lost their lives."

Catholic relief

The Vatican congregation that oversees the Church's charitable activities, the Pontifical Council Cor Unum, has asked U.S.-based Catholic Relief Services to spearhead the Church's relief effort.

CRS had some 300 staff already working in Haiti before the quake.

The agency reported that its initial pledge of $5 million is now five times that, [five times five, folks, is 25.] thanks in part to donations to CRS of more than $10 million [The Knights of Columbus sent an initial $50,000.]-- "including $1 million from the Gates Foundation and $225,000 from the New York Yankees." [I heard that the wife of Bill Gates is a devout Catholic.]

Karel Zelenka, country representative for CRS Haiti, spoke of the stress on the island. Another aftershock hit even today.

"You drive up and down the streets and you see all these bodies that are just laying down there because they have no common grave and they cannot do a proper funeral. The worst part are the children -- these little bodies," he said. "I mean, can I tell you, in general earthquakes are the worst, worst disaster that can happen."

The agency has opened a special Web site for the relief effort and donations can be made by mobile phone.

The Catholic Church has pledged $25M for the Haiti relief effort...

Where's the liberal anti-Catholic media when you need them?

Where's the oil rich Islamic nations who are followers of the 'religion of peace'?

Where are the Masonic lodges who are proud of their charitable work?

Just asking...

No need to flare up.
