A CULT IN MANILA

In a few weeks, another self-proclaimed Messiah will descend and plague the country, and it is no other than KIKO ARGUELLO, founder of the Neocatechumenal Way.

The Neocatechumenal Way which teaches that there is no purgatory.

“For the person who believes in Jesus Christ, death is like falling asleep. You go to bed and you fall asleep without knowing when. That is how you will die, like falling asleep. That is why the Church calls the dead “those who have fallen asleep in the Lord.”  You die as if you are falling asleep and you awake in the resurrection.  In an instant you pass from this world to glory, whether or not millions of years have gone by.  This is why we Christians do not weep for our dead as the pagans do, for our brothers and sisters who die are alive.”  (p. 277, Neocatechumenal Way’s Catechetical Directory)

The Neocatechumenal Way which distributes Holy Communion this way.

  1. I thought the Neocatechumenal Way was actually approved by the Vatican under Pope John Paul II?

  2. Is that a franciscan priest? Like the LGBT supporter? Holy father Francis, pray for those who claim to be your sons.

  3. But why then Pope Francis still supported them even their teachings are very questionable?

  4. yikes, this is in a Capuchin Parish, with a Capuchin presider. In fact almost all Capuchin parishes in the Philippines have this organization, I used to be with the Friars, that is why I know. Why has the Vatican allowed this group to flourish, didn't they check the groups beliefs, doctrines and LITURGICAL PRACTICES.

  6. This organization is a fruit of the 2nd Vatican Council, a big part of our church's commitment to New Evangelization. Oh by the way the liturgical rites that many people think are wrong is actually approved by no less than our beloved St. John Paul II and Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI.

    1. Chander you are a big, fat liar.

Your 1st reference is a year 2002 approval AD EXPERIMENTUM for 5 years of the statutes of the Loony-cats. It is now 2014.

READ THIS, instead. You cannot poison us with your lies.

    2. Pope Benedict xvi only approved the non liturgical practices of this groupbut clearly stated that all liturgical actions, obvlously including thenuptial mass in the video should follow the approvedliturgical norms. What was shown in the video is a violation of the papal decree. It would appear that this group lives a life of dissent as a matter of course.
