This time, the Inquirer really got it right

the government of the bald one has P13.7B annually for purchasing of contraceptives, yet he cannot find the resources to build classrooms, buy books, raise the salary of teachers, build more hospitals and village clinics, raise the salary of government health workers...

Yet, he has the money to buy the contraceptives.

Maternal death my ass!

This bill is just about the money.
