DeleteHas anyone seen the pallium given to an Eastern Catholic bishop? I also saw EWTN taking a footage, the back of a certain prelate wearing black and has a staff; on top of it is a cross with 2 dragons or were they snakes on the side of the cross. My question is, is he an Orthodox bishop or somebody from Eastern Catholic?
