Notice that the footage used is an old one. The Holy Father is using his "new-old" "Piero Marini" pallium. And if you take a look, the altar arrangement is the typical Piero Marini - Anscar Chupungco altar arrangement. The crucifix is on the side, which makes the altar look like the pope's office table.
