Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales said the fetuses indicated that abortion remains rampant in the country. [Abortion remains illegal in the country. It is so stated in the Constitution. So Obamaniacs, get the hell out of our country!]
“If the expositions of discarded human fetuses are not done with evil intent, then the practice alone of rampant abortion is symptomatic of a grave moral decadence and irresponsible behavior that now seriously threaten the country," he said in an article posted Friday on the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) news site. [Could not agree more!]
A report on dzBB radio said Rosales has issued a pastoral letter on the matter to be read at Masses in the archdiocese on Sunday.
The report said the pastoral letter will remind Catholics on the evils of abortion and the penalties that await those who kill innocents. [It would be better if BEC's or BCCs or whatever they are calling it right now would talk about this rather than about global warming and other stuff! The problem with our apathy towards life is also symptomatic of the erosion of the Catholic Faith in our homes. Ask one of your catechist if he or she even knows the parts of the Mass! Dare! Our own Worship Committee members do not know squat about liturgical rules nor about why we mark ourselves with the cross but they are sooooo good at liturgical one act plays and dances! Geez!]
Rosales reiterated that a deliberately procured abortion is a moral evil and the Church attaches the canonical penalty of excommunication on those who procure and helped obtain it. [Does everybody know this! Time to reiterate this to all!]
“Abortion is a grave sin against a defenseless life; and for this the severe canonical penalty to perpetuator/s is excommunication," he said. [Those who kill the defenseless are the most cowardly people on earth!]
He added unwanted pregnancies could be avoided if only people are “less selfish, and more disciplined and capable of self control, exercising a strong will, and capable of making sacrifices." [Could not agree more!]
“These are virtues that are much needed in a country of disciplined people," he said. [Is it just me who notices this or have you seen how Filipinos behave in other countries and how we behave at our own home?]
“The placing and exhibiting of aborted human fetuses in public places are not favored in other cultures, and decent people refuse to do the same," he added.
At the Adoration Chapel of Manila churches, special prayers and acts of reparation will be made for the sins of the perpetrators. [We can all do the same at our own home. Pray the Rosary and the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy as an Act of Reparation. You can also pray the Golden Arrow prayer. I will blog about this prayer later:

On Tuesday, a five- to seven-month-old fetus, wrapped in a green plastic bag, was found inside the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros, Manila at around 5:00 p.m.
An hour later, the devotees were shocked when another fetus was found at the doorstep of the Church of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo.
Authorities said the fetus, described as about seven to nine months old, was placed inside a red shoe box when found by a churchgoer.
The following day, a seven-month old fetus, wrapped in plastic and then stuffed into a sack, was found in Catmon district in Malabon City. –VVP, GMANews.TV

Blaming the church for the abortion because the Church forbids contraception!
How stoopid is that!
Please prove to me how contraception will help stop abortion? What kind of lunacy are we talking about here folks?
If people are responsible enough with their sexual actions, then this would not have happened. If men have the balls (sorry for the pun but it is intended!) to have sex with their girlfriends or wives, then they should be man enough to face the consequences if that sexual act leads to the conception of a human being!
If we view sex as a procreatuve act, then we will have a better perspective of what Family Planning and Reproductive Health is all about! This is not the sex junkie Freud's realm! This is human dignity's realm. You do not go about having sex with just anyone who is willing to put their pants down. This is responsibility folks!
If you are man enough, then prove it! Not in the bed! In situations where it matters the most!
Do not leave the woman all by herself while she thinks of what to do with your "choices". This is your own flesh and blood, man! You did this both, then care for your child both!
And ladies, we all are pro-choice. Human beings, or as we call in Philosophy, Man is a rational being capable of doing his own decisions based on his own free will. We all are free to do what we want. So there is no such thing as pro-choice because we all are. Animals too can do whatever they want!
The question is, whether you are pro-life or pro-death!
He is a human being! NOT YOUR RIGHT! Everyone's first right begins with the Right to Live. Your parents and the government gave it to you! YOU HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY IT FORWARD!
