Words of wisdom: The alleged spirit of Vatican II

"The truth is that this particular Council defined no dogma at all, and deliberately chose to remain on a modest level, as a merely pastoral council; and yet many treat it as though it had made itself into a sort of 'superdogma' which takes away the importance of all the rest."

Filipino Catholics believe firmly that God keeps in mind some special purpose for the Philippines that has global repercussion, but certainly not to become another presumptuous and egoistic superpowers of which the world and humanity is already sick of.

"10 Who is she that comes forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in array?" [Song of Songs 6:10,]
