Sadly, in Miriam's bloated pride of being called a 'feisty' woman, she has become a shadow boxer with her eyes draped with lust for fame and attention. Does she ever realize that her son who committed suicide - in very disturbing circumstances and mindset - cannot go to heaven without the help and prayers of the Roman Catholic Church? How dangerous, indeed, to oppose the Mystical Body of Christ, instituted by our Lord exactly out of His Mercy.
Matthew 11:25, http://www.newadvent.org/bible/mat011.htm "...O Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, because you have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them to little ones."
May she, together with Sen. Pia Cayetano, Congressman Edcel Lagman, Risa Hontiveros and others, eventually see the true Light, and be on the side of grace and fight the true clandestine enemy: The superpower juggernaut culture-of-death gearing to dominate the globe with its dictatorship of relativism.
When that happens, the Philippines and the Filipinos will definitively, like the Maccabees family confronted with the powerful pagan enemy, display once again the resiliency and hidden might of a small nation against the presumptuous powers of darkness enveloping the world with their agenda of hegemony.
May our consecration to the Immaculate Heart of the Mother of God, giving us company in the Sacred Heart of her Son, teach us to fight the battle against those who dare to challenge the might of God.
LOL!
