dba, Praying Over is only be done by a Clergy ONLY and NOT by the Laity?? Talamak talaga ang ganyang gawain sa Diocese of Pasig lalo na tuwing 1st sunday of the month na bini-bless ng buong taong bayan ang lahat ng may birthday on that month at pinapapunta sa harap ng altar.. Sabi nila, okay lng daw yun pero I think, ndi kasi ONLY CLERGY must do it..
