But what creeped me out is the group of people lining the procession aisle standing like honor guards with their hands raised like in a Nazi salute!

I wouldn't think that's a Nazi salute--I mean, those doing that aren't Caucasian, for one thing. Of course, anti-Catholics will try to make something out of it and make some spin on that one...
