As a Cardinal, he should set an example for all - doing what is right and legal. Rome may be silent until now on the case of the Misa ng Sambayanang Pilipino, therefore, celebrating it is not illegal. But, it is not legal either. In other words, doubt still veils that "mass". As a Bishop and ultimately as a Prince of the Church, he should not be promoting anything veiled with doubt as it will set a precedent for all. Well, many bishops and priests had been making bad precedents in the Church. But, it is not yet too late for a Cardinal Tagle to make amends the mistakes done by his fellow bishops and priests in the past.
