  1. I guess the Tabernacle..
Canon 938 Section 2: The tabernacle in which the Most Holy Eucharist is reserved is to be situated in some part of the church or oratory which is distinguished, conspicuous, beautifully decorated, and suitable for prayer. In this picture, we see the tabernacle in a simple hole on the wall. Nothing distinguished, or even conspicuous about it. There is little or no decoration that goes with it. I suppose it is also a function of architecture. There seems to be no focal point. except the altar which is somewhat in the center.

  3. What's wrong? 1) microphone on the altar; 2) minuscule candles; 3) displaced crucifix; 4) displaced tabernacle; 5) tacky fabric on the altar; 6) no chasuble; 7) generic architecture.

  4. There's no sanctuary lamp
Source: GIRM #316 - In accordance with traditional custom, near the tabernacle a special lamp, fueled by oil or wax, should shine permanently to indicate the presence of Christ and honour it.
