The presence of the Holy Spirit creates a large magic circle?
Is this how the Salesians who take care of the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians think about the Holy Spirit? A source of magic?
Grace is not magic!
Magic is for pagans!
Grace is for Christians!
You do not invoke the help of the Holy Spirit by lining up statues of the apostles and the Risen Lord, the Blessed Mother and the beloved apostle, then poof! You get what you want!
No this is not a magic circle!
It will never be!
Because there is no such thing as magic in the Church that Jesus Christ founded!
There is only GRACE!
Everything is a grace because everything is God's gift as St. Thérèse of Lisieux said!
But with those who designed this church, it is MAGIC.
Very disappointing!
So what's next now huh?
Dreamcatcher?
Lucky charms?
Hoodoo?
Sad thing that some priests, Catholic priests, teach the complete opposite of what the Church really teaches.
How then would these Salesians make the people who visit this church think about the statues of the 12 apostles and Jesus Christ again?
Perfectly placed to conjure magic?
And the shrine rector wants to Celebrate the EF Mass Regularly in Public? Following their Groovy Conferes in Italy;their Headquarters? It seems their General Chapter has not Changed Them for the Better.
