I just saw the news of President-elect Noynoy Aquino announcing his Cabinet secretaries.
Thank goodness he did not retain Dr. Esperanza Cabral, the pro-condom secretary of Health.
Thank goodness also he appointed Cong. Proceso Alcala. This congressman is not only a legislator, but he actually made projects for the farmers that helped raise their living conditions.
